Terms of Use — UK SaaS Compliance Index

1. Who we are
The UK SaaS Compliance Index (directory.quickaihq.com, "the Index") is operated by Holistic IIUniverse Ltd (Company No. 11302315), trading as QuickAIHQ, registered in England and Wales at 4 Craven Hill Gardens, London W2 3ES.
We are registered with the ICO, registration reference ZC188656.

2. What the Index is — and what it isn't
The Index catalogues software used in the UK and our assessment of publicly observable data-protection practices, to help businesses audit their tech stack.
Assessments are opinions, formed in good faith from publicly available information — vendors' own websites, privacy policies, cookie behaviour and public documentation — as at the date each listing was last reviewed. Practices change; a listing may be out of date.
Labels such as "compliant" or "non-compliant" are our editorial assessment against the criteria stated in the listing, not a certification, audit finding, legal determination or statement endorsed by any regulator.
Nothing on the Index is legal advice. Do not rely on a listing as your only basis for choosing, keeping or dropping a tool — verify with the vendor and take advice from a qualified solicitor where it matters.
We have no affiliation with the companies listed unless a listing says otherwise. All trademarks and logos belong to their owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement in either direction.
3. Corrections and removal — for listed companies
If you represent a listed company and believe a listing is inaccurate or out of date, email contact@quickaihq.com with the listing URL and evidence (e.g. an updated privacy policy). We will review within 10 business days and correct, annotate or remove the listing as appropriate. We may note the date and nature of the correction on the listing.
4. Submitting a listing
When you submit a company or tool via our form, you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We may edit, decline or remove any submission at our sole discretion, and publication is never guaranteed. Submissions become part of the Index; we don't pay for them, and inclusion is free.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, confidential, or that infringes anyone's rights.
5. Using the Index
You may browse and reference the Index freely, with attribution. You may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish the Index as a dataset, misrepresent our assessments, or use the Index to imply we endorse your product.
6. Liability
The Index is provided free, "as is" and without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Index, including decisions to adopt or drop software. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and the Index at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
