1. Who we are
The UK SaaS Compliance Index (directory.quickaihq.com) is operated by Holistic IIUniverse Ltd (Company No. 11302315), trading as QuickAIHQ, registered in England and Wales at 4 Craven Hill Gardens, London W2 3ES. We are the data controller.
We are registered with the ICO, registration reference ZC188656.

2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

We never sell personal data.
Information about companies in the directory: listings describe companies and their software using publicly available information (websites, privacy policies, public documentation). Where a listing mentions an individual (e.g. a founder's name from a public website), we process it under legitimate interests, for the public-interest purpose of documenting software compliance practices. See our for how to request a correction or removal.
3. Cookies
The site sets strictly necessary cookies (including remembering your response to the cookie notice, via Osano) needed for the site to function. Our platform provider's visitor statistics are aggregate and are not used to profile or track you across other websites. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Who processes data for us
Directify — platform hosting, server logs and built-in aggregate analytics
Tally — listing submission forms (Tally, Belgium — EU-based)
Google Workspace / Fastmail — email
Where any provider processes data outside the UK, transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
Submission form data: 12 months after we decide on the listing (kept while the listing is live if published)
Correction/removal correspondence: 24 months (as evidence the request was actioned)
Aggregate analytics: indefinitely (contains no personal data)
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, or to receive it in a portable format. This includes information about you in a directory listing. Email contact@quickaihq.com — we respond within one month.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
7. Changes
We'll update this page when anything changes and revise the effective date above.
